A large addition was added on to this property.  In the living area the client desired multiple seating options when entertaining.  A colorful sumack rug was chosen and then the other upholstered chairs’ fabric was selected.  The master bedroom’s and bathroom’s serene feel was accomplished by using a pale blue wall color.  The dark espresso wood was offset by the light marble and tile work in the bathroom.
